It's noon and it's a beautifully clear day in Hong Kong, (I'm about to wake up Clare). There's a free exhibit about 5 minutes away, called Useless. A bunch of different artists, designers, students have work displayed in the different levels of the old police headquarters. It's an old deserted jailhouse and but it has tons of character. We went there a on the first day and took some pictures. All the work focuses on reusing/using less, and upcycling! ( I was excited!) One of the coolest exhibits was called waste in a wurst. It was an installation of sausages made from food waste that you could compost. Seeds were sown into the netting to go directly to planting.
There was some pretty brilliant stuff mixed in there...
