After our 2 night stay in Koh Lanta we headed to Krabi Town. With only an afternoon to spare we decided to check out the Tiger Cave Temple, or Wat Tham Seua. The story goes that there used to be a tiger who took shelter in natural caves from the midday sun. Eventually monks decided that they should practice there and the tiger disappeared into the forest never to return. Now the caves are full of different Buddhas and 1237
very steep stairs above the caves is a very large Buddha along with some smaller Buddhas and other figures. The mountain top also featured lots of monkeys harassing people for food and 360 degree view of Krabi province.

After we conquered the mountain and got to enjoy all the statues and shrines we managed to catch the local bus back to town. We showered up and then headed out on the town to check out the night market. We got some authentic papaya salad, super spicy, and some skewers and caught yet another poi show, this time more of a circus act then dance.
So sick! We love ya goils be safe!
